    Internal Sales

    Job Overview:

     

    Looking to progress your sales career to the next stage, if so, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Internal Sales Representative based from our Manchester office.  As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our electronic security products to businesses and organizations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a good understanding of electronic security systems market, and a proven track record in sales.

    Responsibilities:

     

    Product Knowledge:

    ·       Develop a comprehensive understanding of our electronic security products

    ·       Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements

    Sales Development:

    ·       Identify and target potential clients within the designated market segment.

    ·       Proactively generate new leads through various channels, email campaigns, networking.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    ·       Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

    ·       Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.

    ·       Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions.

    ·       Follow up on leads and quotes to convert prospects into customers.

    Technical Support:

    ·       Provide basic technical support to clients, addressing inquiries.

    ·       Collaborate with the technical team for more complex technical inquiries.

    Sales Reporting:

    ·       Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progression.

    ·       Generate regular sales reports for management review.

    Continuous Learning:

    ·       Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

    Our Ideal Candidate

     

    ·       Proven experience in sales, preferably in the electronic security or CCTV industry.

    ·       Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate electronic security concepts.

    ·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    ·       Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

    ·       Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    ·       Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
