These panels not only function as everyday teaching displays, but also come equipped with Hikvision’s ClassLink software, allowing for multi-classroom functionality. This allows students to actively engage in online lessons, participate in discussions with peers from different areas, and have real-time interactions with them. Previously under-resourced teachers now have access to a range of educational software through the displays’ built-in Android system. The software enables them to customize their lesson plans with tailored content, integrating a wide range of third-party resources with the curriculum.
By deploying interactive displays, Nankana Sahib Public School is bridging the gap between rural and urban education. With the help of these digital tools, rural students can now compete on an equal footing with urban students and receive an education that prepares them for the demands of the modern world.
